Cardiff Board Game Group Recap - 26.04.18 & wordsearch!

This week we had a fairly low turnout with a few of the regulars either busy or ill but it was really nice to see a new face show up (you know who you are!).

Gareth and I continued our Arkham Horror Card Game campaign where we proceeded from glorious defeat to glorious defeat which ultimately resulted in... (you may want to sit down for this)... a glorious defeat. It left us asking each other if we were playing on the easiest setting then what the hell would it be like on hard mode!

We enjoyed the deck building between scenarios but were a little disappointed in the lack of choice offered by the core set. We look forward to playing again - choosing different investigators and making informed deckbuilding choices will hopefully improve our chances the second time round.
