Fanagram Cardiff Boardgame Group

This week one of the group got their finger stuck in a beer bottle - we also played played some boardgames and met a guy who does some amazing miniatures paintwork (but that's another story for another post...).

One table played the fantastic Junkart - this game really stacks up well compared to it's competitors, is a well balanced game and multiple plays will see you reaching new heights. It's no wonder this game is perched near the top of many a Fanagram Cardiff Board Game Club member's list of favourite games and it will take a lot to topple it from it's position.

Another table had a blast with Last night on Earth - it takes guts and deadication to defeat the undead without losing your mind. Not sure how this played out but there were plenty of laughter from the general area, and only some of that was directed at me..

Our table played Battlestar Galactica - the humans totally smashed it despite my best efforts. I was actually a sleeper agent, so as far as I knew I was a human from the start of the game and was happy to be on the winning team. And when I became activated I didn't really have a chance to stop the pesky humans before jumping their final jump to victory. It was not a good day to be a Cylon, but a good day to be at the Fanagram Cardiff Boardgame Group.

Now that's some fabulous hair! Fresh from the hair Cylon..

Tune in next week for another update or even better, join us in person at the Fanagram Cardiff Boardgame Group and you might see someone get something stuck in something else again, which is always a laugh.

And as always here's a little puzzle for you - first one to comment the answer gets the satisfaction of being the first one to comment the answer - more valuable than imaginary gold, which is the prize for being the second one to comment the answer..
